 PLANNING MEETING

February 10, 2007

On Saturday night, February 10th, the club members met at Fremont Hills Country Club for the second planning meeting.  In January, the members decided to have a second planning meeting to finish out the 2007 schedule and to discuss some addition to the by laws for the club. Again, Jim Cohen started the meeting as a comedian telling a story about “Little Dave” as well as finished the night.

Bruce B. gave an update on the changes that will occur at the Eureka Springs Weekend. The organizers have discontinued the Friday Mid-night tour and the Sunday’s North and South “Go Home” road trips. They are looking at a Friday afternoon photo session and on Sunday, a morning breakfast and a trip to Pea Ridge, AR.

Susie Hale announced that would be a change in time and location on our activity for March 24th. See the full schedule below.
